Languages

ImmoHabits is multilingual. There are two kinds of language settings that are independent of each other: the language of the application (the buttons and menus) and the language of the report (the property inventory you generate).

Language of the application

The ImmoHabits interface is available in Dutch, French and English. You pick the language via the language switcher. This determines the language of the buttons, menus and notifications.

Your language choice is remembered and stored with your account. When you are logged in, the same preferred language applies in the browser and in the mobile app.

Language of the report

The language of a report is completely independent of the language of the application. You can use ImmoHabits in Dutch and still generate a report in French or English.

You pick the report language at the moment you generate the report, via the dropdown in the Generate report window. Available languages:

Dutch
French
English
German
Spanish

Need the same report in several languages, for instance because tenant and landlord speak different languages? Generate the report once and then use Translating a report: you get a full translation you can download and share alongside the original.

In summary

Application language: NL / FR / EN, determines the interface language, stored with your account.
Report language: 5 languages, chosen per report when generating.
Translations: a generated report can be translated afterwards into every other report language.
