Reports overview

Besides the properties overview, ImmoHabits also has a reports overview: click Reports in the main navigation. It lists all your reports with the key information per report and the status of the review and signing rounds.

What does the list show?

Per property the list shows the latest report version, with these columns:

• Property (click to open the report)
• Type (move-in, move-out, works or other)
• Photos, version and language
• Review and Signing: the status of the latest review round and signing round
• Created on

You can search by property name and sort on every column. Columns that carry no distinction for you (for instance the language when all your reports are Dutch) are hidden automatically to keep the list compact.

My reports and team reports

If you work in a team, you switch between My reports and Team reports at the top, with the same permissions as the properties overview. The team tab also shows each report’s owner.
