Report review

A review round lets the parties involved (tenant, landlord, client, …) read the report online before you send it out for signing. Every participant receives a personal link, reads the report section by section and leaves comments exactly on the part they relate to.

A review round costs no tokens. You can also start one before a PDF of the report exists.

Starting a review round

Open the report and click Review at the top.
Choose the participants. The parties from the file are prefilled; complete the e-mail address where needed (required, that is where the invitation goes).
Optionally add a personal message and send the invitations.

Every participant receives an e-mail with a personal reading link, sent in your office’s name. The link is personal and should not be forwarded.

For reviews we partner with Docreview.be. The whole experience is set up neutrally: participants see no mention of ImmoHabits anywhere. If you had an office logo set up with us, it appears in the invitation e-mail and at the top of the review page.

What do participants see?

Participants open the report in a secure online portal, without an account or installation. They can:

go through the full report section by section, including the photos
leave comments on a specific part or in general, and reply to each other’s comments
give their approval once they are done (and withdraw it again while the round is open)

Following up on comments in ImmoHabits

All comments arrive directly in ImmoHabits, in two places:

In the status block on the report page: the full list, with each participant’s status (viewed, commented, approved).
Inside the report itself: every part a comment relates to gets an indicator, so you see the feedback exactly where you need to process it.

For each comment you mark whether it has been processed or is declined. Participants see that status in the portal too, so everyone knows what happened with the feedback.

Updating the report during the round

If you edit the report while the round is running, the updated version is pushed to the portal automatically. Approvals already given are reset: participants review the new version and approve again.

Completing the round

Once every participant has approved, the round is completed and you are notified. From there you start the digital signing with one click; the review participants are already lined up for you.

Only one review round runs per report at a time, and while a round is open you cannot start a signing round. You can cancel a running round at any moment.
